About Marlaine

My name is Marlaine Nicholson-Smith, I was born in Scotland and come from a long line of mediums or ‘fey folk'.  We were brought up to believe in fairies, angels and spirit folk. As a child I was aware of my abilities but chose to ignore them so that I wouldn’t be different to the other children. It was only after my parents passed over in 1998 that I decided to develop my abilities to help others contact their loved ones in the spirit world and awaken to their true potential. Since then I have become a Reiki Master, Colour Therapist, Energy Healer, Animal Healer, Past Life Hypnotherapist, Clairvoyant-Medium and Spirit Artist.

I have been in private practice since 1999 as well as being a bookkeeper in the corporate world. My guides pushed me for years to work full time for spirit and as I received so much satisfaction from helping others, I resigned from bookkeeping in 2008 and now work full-time for myself. Apart from the spiritual work, I am also an authorised civil marriage celebrant available for traditional or spiritual weddings, commitments, renewal of vows and baby name givings.

I am a qualified Past Life Hypnotherapist obtaining my qualifications from the Academy of Applied Hypnosis in Sydney. I am also a Clairvoyant-Medium, Usui Reiki & Seichim Master & Teacher, Colour Therapist, Energetic Healer, Metaphysics Teacher & Civil Marriage Celebrant.
